Taking flight in the NC Real Estate market

Mallard Realty Group, a growing “Triangle Region” NC agency, approached Bradford Ink in its early stages looking for holistic, illustrative branding with the ability to also bring in a number of small collateral projects under one roof for a total branding exercise.  With some client direction, we were able to develop an eye catching, attractive mallard logo.  Quickly afterwards we had a suite of additional client swag and information pieces to help customer navigate the buying and selling process, while also establishing brand awareness.

LOGO DESIGN

Bright, dynamic, and lively, the mallard logo was developed as a way to appeal to local outdoor-savvy residents and simultaneously take advantage of the free and peaceful nature of wildlife so many locals look for in a place to settle down.  The result was a logo unlike any other in the Raleigh/Durham marketplace, that has been well received and fits neatly into a very broad scope of marketing frameworks.

All artwork remains contiguous and clearly defined on any piece to ensure brand identity is consistent.  We use two different logos – standard, and a condensed “MRG” version for smaller footprints.
