Rediscovering simplicity for customer feedback

Flashback brought Bradford Ink on board at the very onset of their team’s creation to help build a vibrant, modern suite of graphics across a wide range of deliverables for both production and marketing purposes.  Flashback’s product offering is a new scan-based customer feedback experience that can be applied over almost any medium, so the challenge up-front was to be able to build a graphic language that was adaptable and interesting, but simple enough to work almost anywhere.

Flashback continues to build and test new systems for investors and retail clients, which heavily favor mobile experiences.  Future graphic assets include multiple app designs to come!

LOGO FEATURES

From the get-go we established a fun, eye catching logo mark that also set the stage for future expansion, with a bright and cheery colorway.  Key visuals suggest instantaneous speed and ease of use.  The heavy line weights and illustrative quality were aimed at bringing a down to earth, familiar quality to the digital experience.

PRINT MARKETING DELIVERABLES

Within no time we were expanding the marketing scope into printed items such as:

  • teardrop flags
  • plastic dogtags
  • business and scan cards
  • table tents
  • stickers and labels

all of which would be testbeds for deploying the QR scan technology.  Care was taken to ensure all assets shared a similar look and feel to keep the branding contiguous.
